3. Online Shopping — Orders and Payment
The following terms apply to purchases made through our online store at www.kimchoo.store.
Order Placement and Confirmation
1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. An order placed through our online store constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted and a binding contract formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.
3. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where an error has occurred in the pricing or description of a product. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.
4. Please ensure that your order details, delivery address, and contact information are accurate before submitting. Kim Choo cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Pricing and Payment
1. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST. The prevailing GST rate will be applied and shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
2. We accept payment by the methods listed on the checkout page. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
3. Kim Choo reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery
1. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, demand, and other factors. Kim Choo will endeavour to fulfil orders within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
2. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
3. For perishable goods (including kueh, rice dumplings, and other food products), please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Kim Choo cannot be held liable for spoilage resulting from failed delivery attempts due to the customer’s unavailability.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Perishable Food Products
As most of our products are perishable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns once goods have been delivered. However, we take food quality seriously. If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged or defective upon delivery
• Incorrect (not matching your order)
• Spoiled or of poor quality upon receipt
please contact us at customerservice@kimchoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Perishable and Gift Items
For non-perishable items (such as merchandise or gift packaging), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and is being processed, it may not be possible to cancel it, particularly for perishable items. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@kimchoo.com or +65 6741 2125. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before the order has been prepared or dispatched.
5. Workshops and Activities
The following terms apply to bookings for Kim Choo’s workshops, cooking classes, and activities.
Bookings and Payment
1. Workshop places are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Availability is subject to capacity.
2. Booking fees are non-refundable unless a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Kim Choo.
Cancellations and Rescheduling by You
1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date may be eligible for a credit note or transfer to another session, at Kim Choo’s discretion.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable.
3. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the session and are subject to availability.
Cancellations by Kim Choo
Kim Choo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of a full refund, a credit note, or a transfer to another session.

Kim Choo cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from participation in workshops where this has not been disclosed in advance. Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided during workshops.
