Cooking Classes

Handicraft Classes

Peranakan food is probably the most diverse and distinctive of all local cuisines. A marriage of cooking styles, Nyonya cuisines combine the preparation techniques of both traditional Chinese and Malay cooking.

Our Executive Chef - Helen Lim, is a frequent contributor of recipes to our local Chinese press and to other food and lifestyle magazines.

Mdm Lim has also been invited overseas to places such as Taiwan to promote our culture and heritage through her culinary skills. You may find out more about our events from "Our Journey" page.

Note:

  • We do conduct private or group classes.
  • The cooked dishes will be available for you to bring back home to share with your family members or friends. Please let me save the environment by bringing your own containers.
  • The cost for us to conduct classes varies on the type of dishes that we will teach. However, you may also suggest to us to teach a particular dish of your interest.
